The US-Canadian International Music Competition, a prestigious event renowned for its commitment to musical excellence, takes pride in recognizing not only the remarkable accomplishments of our performers but also the invaluable dedication and success of the music teachers and music collaborators (accompanists) who play a pivotal role in crafting outstanding and seamless performances. 

​Our competition distinguishes itself as the first to formally acknowledge and celebrate both teachers and collaborative musicians /accompanists , honouring their indispensable contributions to the artistry and success of each performance. Who IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE in the US-CANADIAN International Music Competition?

We invite musicians, music students of all ages and skill levels, as well as professionals in the field to participate. There are no age restrictions for entry.

​Our competition offers various age groups and categories to ensure fair competition among musicians of similar ages and experience levels. There are no limitations on the duration of your musical piece or the number of instruments and compositions you can submit. Each musical piece requires a separate application.

We welcome all types of instruments, including piano, vocals, strings, woodwinds, brass, harp, percussion, keyboard instruments, harpsichord, organ, guitar, ukulele, accordion, mandolin, ukulele, percussion, zither, harmonica, and ethnic and traditional musical instruments.

Additionally, music composition, music arrangement, conducting, music covers, and musical theatre are all eligible categories.

You can participate as a soloist, in a duo, concerto, trio, quartet, quintet, small ensemble, choir, or orchestra.
